William Morris Flora, 90, died Friday evening southwest of here. He had been ill for several weeks. The son of Willis and Elizabeth Flora, he was born Dec 17, 1859, at Flora. He was a 50-year-member of the Flora Masonic Lodge and a well-known Carroll County businessman. He lived here many years. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Clements of New Richmond; a granddaughter; two great granddaughters and a great-great grandson. Graveside services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Flora (Maple Lawn) Cemetery by the Burlington Masonic Lodge. Friends may pay their respects at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home until 12:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. - typed by kbz - thanks to Connie W for this obit.

Note: Hazel daughter in New Richmond - Hunt & Son FH - seems like it should be a Crawfordsville Journal-Review obit but he is not in the Vitals Statistics Index at the Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Note: He was born 12-17 (another source had 12-27)-1859 and died 11-17-1950. Married Elizabeth Gaunes 5 July 1884.
